---DYED TO ORDER---
All skeins are available on a Dyed to Order basis, unless otherwise indicated.

---STOCK PHOTOS---
We use stock photos for all other yarns listed. Your skein may differ slightly in color consistency. While we use the same formula for each batch, there may be slight differences between dye lots. We recommend buying all the yarn you need for your project in the same order.

Free Shipping and will be sent either Untracked or Tracked, depending on weight. Unless Tracked Shipping has been purchased.

United States:
At this time we do not ship to the United States.

We are not responsible for parcels that have been lost in the mail.

We offer both untracked (surface) and tracked (airmail) shipping to other countries. If your country is not listed please contact us.

Our yarns are dyed in our home studio, in a cat friendly space. While we endeavour to ensure that no cat hair or dander is present on the yarn, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee that it is cat dander free. 

---RETURNS---
We offer a full refund (including shipping) before your order ships. After you receive your order we offer a full refund (excluding shipping) within 7 days of receiving your order. Yarn must be in the same condition as purchased, in re-sellable condition. Yarn must be shipped back to our studio, at your expense.

---CARE---
We recommend hand washing in cold water with a wool wash. All skeins are rinsed multiple times, however bleeding may occur on the first wash.
